Naraka: Bladepoint is a popular melee-focused battle royale game that was released in 2021. It features various heroes, weapons, and modes that offer a unique and thrilling experience for players. Just days ago it has released on PS5 and adopted a free-to-play model across all platforms, anyone can download and play the game without paying any money.
What is naraka Bladepoint?
Naraka: Bladepoint is not your typical battle royale game. It focuses on fast-paced and skill-based melee combat that requires players to master different weapons, combos, parries, dodges, and counters. The game also has a grappling hook mechanic that allows players to traverse the map with ease and surprise their enemies with aerial attacks. I’ve always thought of Naraka as a cross between Sekiro and a fighting game. The game has 15 unique heroes, each with their own abilities and ultimate moves that can turn the tide of battle.
A New Free to Play Model
With its release on the new generation of consoles Naraka is adopting a free to play model that allows anyone to play the game without the need to purchase. 24 Entertainment the devs behind the game have not forgotten about the people that purchased the game. They will receive in-game gold equivalent to the edition they had purchased. Game pass owners get a lot of extra additions to this as well. All Game Pass members will get free conversion from the current Standard Edition to the Deluxe Edition, along with in-game rewards that include:
- Two legendary weapon skins
- 300 Hero Coins
- 10 Immortal Treasures
New Content
With free to play also comes new content to enjoy. A new Dual Halberd weapon, a new 12v12 mode called “Capture the Spirit Well”, and the star of this update Tessa the new playable character. This update also introduces cross-play across all platforms.
