Combat Logs in Armored Core 6 are records of battle that players can collect throughout the game. They are categorized as Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. These logs are obtained by defeating marked adversaries in the game.
The Combat Logs serve two main purposes:
- They boost your ranking in the Loghunt program. The Loghunt program is a feature in Armored Core 6 that ranks players based on the number and quality of Battle Logs they have collected.
- They enhance your arsenal by providing you with some of the best weapons and parts in the game.
CHapter 1 LOgs
Collecting all of the Combat Logs in the game will unlock the Combat Log Collector Achievement and Trophy. Some of these logs can be found by defeating certain enemies that are required for progressing through the mission, but some of these log-carrying foes are very missable. In Chapter 1, there are several missions where players can find Battle Logs. Here is a list of some of the missions and the logs that can be found:
- Destroy The Transport Helicopters: In this mission, players can find a Silver Combat Log by defeating a Tetrapod MT. This enemy will be encountered once you hit the final area that has the final four Transport Helicopters.
- Destroy the Tester AC: Players can find a Bronze Combat Log by defeating the basic Bi-Pedal AC that is the only enemy in this mission so you cant miss him. He is equipped with a Pulse Blade, Machine Gun, and a Missile Launcher on its shoulder.
- Attack the Dam Complex: In this mission, players can find both Silver and Gold Combat Logs. One by defeating the sole Tetrapod MT on the ice below the dam and the last one on the mini boss at the end of the mission.
- Operation Wallclimber: This mission only has a single combat log easily missed as its on a lone AC wreck on the far left side of the large open area infront of the wall. Its surrounded by enemies so there will be a fight but they are easy enough to fend off.
- Retrieve Combat Logs: Players are required to find five combat logs in under four minutes in this mission. As they are the objective you cant miss them. There are 6 combat logs in total and the 6th one will to be obtained by beating the AC down in the ravine.
